Portofino Spritz
Refreshing, sparkling and aromatic. Our Mediterranean version of the famous Venetian Spritz. The ideal cocktail for the aperitivo italiano.
Ingredients
Raspberries
40 ml Portofino Dry Gin
15 ml Italicus or other bergamot liqueur
2 drops of lavender bitter
Method
Pour into a large glass filled with ice, top with Prosecco and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
Il Tramonto di Portofino
Elegant, rich and fragrant. A perfect blend reminiscent of the sumptuous sunset over the port of Portofino. A sophisticated cocktail for a special occasion.
Ingredients
1 part Portofino Dry Gin
1 part green Chartreuse
1 part sweet red Vermouth
2 drops of orange bitter
Method
Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice and stir gently until smooth and fresh. Pour into a chilled dish and garnish with orange zest.
Portofino & Tonic
Floral, tasty and balanced. A classic revisited for an immersive Mediterranean experience.
Ingredients
1/3 Portofino Dry Gin
2/3 Premium tonic water
Method
Serve with lots of ice, fresh lemon zest and garnish with a sprig of lavender or rosemary to bring out the essence of the Riviera.
